• Edit Promos Button – Add and Delete You Bingo Promotions that will be transmitted to all TV's, Player's Computers and Cellphones.

Room Settings#

Before you can start playing your Bingo games there a few BINGAZO Room Settings to decide on.

Room Settings Button#

• Room Settings Button - Opens room settings modal where Ticket Series ID, Ticket Style, Ticket Color, and Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) are saved. Select the "Room Settings" button and the settings modal will pop up.

Room Settings Modal#

The Room Settings Modal lists all the options available to customize your BINGAZO Bingo Room.

• Series ID – When playing with pre printed Bingo Tickets - Enter the Bingo Ticket Series ID number of your pack of 12,000 tickets.
• Next Series ID – When playing with pre printed Bingo Tickets - Enter the Series number of the next package of 12,000 tickets. When you are transitioning between ticket series packages BINGAZO will automatically include the next series.
• Ticket Style – Select from Style 1 (with blank space image) or Style 2 (without blank space image)
• Ticket Color – Select the color of your digital Bingo tickets. Choose from Blue, Green, Pink, Orange, Purple or Gray.
• UTC Offset – Add the Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) Offset for your Bingo Room’s location. FIND YOUR UTC OFFSET HERE
• Caller Language 1 – Select from 6 Languages for Caller Voice. Spanish (Mexico), English (US), Portuguese (Brazil), Spanish (Spain), Italian & French.
• Caller Language 2 – A second Language can be called after the first. Leave choice “Select” for no voice.
• Save Button – Saves Room Settings

You will need to select the Red "Game Reload" button on the top of the control panel for all the changes to take effect.

Runner Settings#

When using Pre-printed Bingo Tickets can have several Ticket Sales People (Runners) that distribute and sell Tickets for each game. Runners can be assigned ticket groups so you segregate who sold each group and the amount the Runner will owe the Bingo manager for each game.

Runner Settings Button#

Runner Settings Button opens Runner Settings modal where your Bingo Ticket Salespeople (Runners) are saved & deleted by name.

Here you can Add and Delete your Runners. They will show in the Manual Load Tickets section.

• Runner Name – Add Runner’s / Ticket Salesperson’s name.
• Save Runner Button – Saves Runners / Ticket Salespeople to your room.
• Delete Runner Button – Deletes Runner / Ticket Salesperson from your room.

Verify Tickets#

Verify Bingo Tickets anytime by entering the Ticket ID Number. Ticket will show which numbers have been selected on the ticket for the Current Game In Play.

• Verify Tickets Button – Opens the Verify Ticket Modal

• Ticket Not In Play - If the ticket is Not In Play, an error message will appear.

Admin Connections & Screen Links#

This section shows the Bingo Manager who is running the game and links to the Board Monitor, Gameboard & Ball Animation Screens for current Bingo Room.

Admin Connections#

• Admin Connections - List usernames of all Room Administrators that are currently connected to the Bingo room.

• Screen Links -Links to Board Monitor, Gameboard & Ball Animation Screens.

Users#

• Users - Shows the number of connected devices and Users.

Connected Users#

• Connected Users - Lists usernames of all connected Users to your Bingo room.

• App Messages – Scrollable data log of BINGAZO App messages from the current room.

Main Section:#

The Main Section - is divided into three parts where all Bingo games are managed from. The screen will offer different options depending on how your Bingo Room is set up.

• Pre printed tickets or Thermal receipt printed tickets.
• Games created live or Planned and published online.
• Loading tickets manually or Loading tickets from ticket sales platform.
• Using physical bingo balls or Using BINGAZO's RNG (random number generator).

Add Game Info Manually#

The Add Game Info Manually Section - is where you create the game parameters live. This setting is typical for retail Bingo establishments where games are started and played at the will of the Bingo manager based on on-site player attendance.

• Line – Selector switch to turn on / off a Line payout or just a Bingo payout.
•  Show Winner – Selector switch to turn on / off the showing of the Verified Winning Ticket on admin connected Flashboard displays.
• Ticket Price – Enter Price per Bingo ticket for current game.
• Game ID – Current Game ID designated by the BINGAZO server.
• Game Number – Current Game Number designated by the BINGAZO server.
• Line Prize Type – Select if Línea win prize is cash or product.
• Line Cash Prize – Enter amount of Línea cash prize.
• Line Product Prize – Enter Product Prize If Line Prize Type is set to Product,
• Line Product Cost – Enter Product Prize Cost If Line Prize Type is set to Product,
• Bingo Prize Type – Select if Bingo win prize is cash or product.
• Bingo Cash Prize – Enter amount of Bingo cash prize.
• Bingo Product Prize – Enter Bingo Prize if Bingo Prize Type is set to Product
• Bingo Product Cost – Enter Bingo Prize cost If Bingo Prize Type is set to Product,
• Register Button – Registers Game Info to the server once selected.
• Game Registered Notification – A confirmation message that the Game Info has been Registered. Allows Unlocking to change until first ball called is selected on the Called Number Keypad.

Load Tickets Manually#

The Load Tickets Manually Section - When using pre-printed Bingo tickets and have multiple on-site sales people (Runners) distributing tickets.

• Pay-Out – Displays the total to be paid out based on the Línea & Bingo Prize amounts registered for game.
• Collected – Displays amount to be collected for the number of Loaded / Sold Tickets multiplied by Ticket Price.
• Profit – Displays cash amount that is earned for current game as profit after payout.
• Margin – Displays current game profit margin in percentage.
• Carton Nº – Enter the starting ticket number of ticket group.
• Cant. – Enter number of tickets in group.
• Runner Select – Select Runner / Salesperson for ticket group.
• Amount – Auto displays amount of cash Runner / Salesperson owes for ticket group.
• Add Ticket Group – Add another ticket group with the blue + button. Can delete ticket group with red X button.
• Grid Layout – Select to view loaded tickets in a list or grid view with sizing scale.
• Load Tickets Button – Loads all sold ticket groups into current game to be played.
• Loaded Tickets – All tickets that are sold will be displayed when loaded and numbers automatically marked when called.

Load Game Info & Tickets Automatically#

Add Game Info & Load Tickets Automatically from BINGAZO's Online Sales Platform.This setting is typical for Bingo establishments that have a network of ticket sales locations or kiosks. Game parameters and all sold tickets are imported from the online sales platform.

• Drop Down Game Selector - Selects the Game you want to load into the BINGAZO App from the Online Sales Platform.

• Loading Tickets - Game Info & Sold Tickets will automatically load into the Dashboard.

Play Physical Bingo Game#

Play the Game - Using Physical Bingo Balls with Mixer or Blower Machine

• Full Screen Button – Enlarges the Called Number Keypad to display Full Screen for easy ball number touch entry. When in Full Screen an Exit Full Screen button will appear.
• Pause Game Button – Pauses game and transmits your advertising message screen to all connected devices.
• Transmit Button – Transmits LIVE Video from the BINGAZO Ball Cam to the Game Monitor Screen.
• Called Number Keypad – Enter Called Ball Numbers with mouse or by touch as Bingo balls are selected. You can un-select number if a mistake is made.
• Video Stream – When transmitting live video stream will be displayed here.
• Animated Called Balls – With each Called Ball Number entered on the Called Number Keypad an animated ball will roll out.

Play Random Number Generator (RNG) Game#

Play the Game using Random Number Generator (RNG) to Select Virtual Bingo Balls.

• Full Screen Button – Enlarges the Called Number Keypad to display Full Screen for easy ball number touch entry. Used on non RNG game. When in Full Screen an Exit Full Screen button will appear.
• Pause Game Button – Pauses game and transmits your advertising message screen to all connected devices.
• Start Number Selection Button - Starts RNG Bingo Ball Selection. Selection interval time can be set.
• Transmit Button – Transmits LIVE Video from the BINGAZO Web Cam to the Game Monitor Screen. Used on non RNG game
• Called Number Keypad – RNG Selected Ball Numbers will be highlighted here.
• Video Stream – When transmitting live video stream will be displayed here.
• Animated Called Balls – With each Called Ball Number selected by the RNG an animated Bingo ball will roll out.
